​The Creative Workshops aim to keep the Foundation’s trainees interested by switching activities so that they do not become routine to them and by introducing new creative activities that focus on new training experiences

The use of new innovative teaching methods and tools keeps trainees interested and increases their motivation for work, which aims to prepare them for employment in the open labor market through either a placement outside the Foundation or through supportive employment.

At the same time, Creative Workshops also function as vocational rehabilitation centers providing productive and creative employment to trainees who do not have the opportunity to enter the open labor market.
